The Family and Friends of the late Dawn Heather Ellis are invited to attend her Funeral Service, to be held in the Crystal Brook Community Church,
51 Eyre Road, Crystal Brook on Wednesday, October 9th at 2.00pm.
Following the service, the cortege will proceed to the Crystal Brook Cemetery for the committal.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Crystal Brook Hospital Guild, envelopes will be available at the service.
