ELMES, Maxwell Henry "Max"

Born in Augathella, raised as a Charleville man and retired to Toowoomba, passed away on 31st August 2023, aged 89 years and 11 months.

Max was the loving and devoted Husband of Mary. Loving Father of Sharon, Michael, Martin, David, Cameron, Sam and a friend to their partners. Proud Grandfather of nine grandchildren. Uncle to several nephews and nieces.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Max's funeral, to be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 4 Goodwood Street, Newtown, Requiem Mass commencing at 10.00am, Tuesday, 3rd October 2023, followed by interment at Drayton and Toowoomba Cemetery, corner Anzac Avenue and South Street, Toowoomba at 11.30am.

All are welcome to join us in celebrating Max's life with family and friends at Drayton Bowls Club, 46 Gipps Street, Drayton, at 1.00pm.
