June Emmerson (nee Douglas) late of AVEO Durack, passed away in the company of family on the 8th December 2021, aged 91 years.
A former student of the Rockhampton Girls Grammar School, loved wife of Beres (dec'd), loving Mother of Rod, Don (dec'd) and Mandy, much loved Grandma of Seonaid, Rhys, Lachlan and Angus, Great Grandma of Isla, Thomas, Finn and Theodore, and Mother-in-law to Jo, Tim and Pam.
Privately cremated on Wednesday 15th December.
Given Covid travel restrictions, relatives and friends are requested on Saturday 18th December to raise a glass to what would have been June’s 92nd birthday.
A memorial reunion for family and friends will take place in the new year when travel restrictions ease.
