Family and friends of Gwen are kindly invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held in the South Chapel

at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Camden Valley Way, Leppington on Wednesday 24th November 2021

at 12.30 pm.

Followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
