Passed away peacefully at David Harper House, Canberra 14 September 2018
Loved daughter of Emily and Max Steanes (both deceased) Married to Les Oakes (dec) and Harold Paine (dec) Stepmother to their children. Loved sister of Alison McKenzie (dec) and Betty Downing of Mudgee NSW. Loved Aunt to Betty's children.
The family are very appreciative of the wonderful care provided by the staff at David Harper House. A beautiful and amazing woman.
A celebration of Maxine's life will be held in the Chapel of Norwood Park Crematorium, Sandford Street, Mitchell, ACT on Friday 21 September 2018 commencing at 4:30pm.
