in the Greek Orthodox Cathedral Church

of Archangels Michael and Gabriel,

286 Franklin St, Adelaide.

At conclusion of Service the Cortege

will proceed to Centennial Park Cemetery

Orthodox C section.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to

the Hospital Research Foundation

(Palliative Care)

would be appreciated by the family
