EVANS, Hazel Anne Late of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on 29th November 2018, aged 83 years. Beloved Wife of Keith. Loved Mother and Motherin-law of Robert, Philip and Carol, Duncan and Shirlee (Anita). Adored Grandmother and Great Grandmother of their respective families. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Hazel’s funeral, to be held at the T.S. Burstow Chapel, 1020 Ruthven Street (south), Toowoomba, service commencing at 2:30pm, Monday, 10th December 2018. “Your memory is our greatest treasure, to have to hold in our hearts forever.”
