Family and friends of Bert are invited to attend his memorial service to be held at the Fraser Coast Crematorium and Bayside Memorial Gardens, Hervey Bay on Wednesday, 9th October, 2019 commencing at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the Fraser Coast Kidney Support Club would be appreciated, envelopes at service. Sincere thanks to the medical staff in the Renal Unit, Emergency Department and ICU at Hervey Bay Hospital and the staff and members of the public that assisted Bert at the Hervey Bay Aquatic Centre.
