Late of Toowoomba, passed away on 22nd October 2020, aged 94 years. 

Dearly loved Wife of Glen (dec'd). Much loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Michele (dec'd), John and Gail, Glenda and Ricky Stein, Kay and Donald (dec'd) Forsyth, Michael and Tess. Loving Grandma, Great Grandma, and Great Great Grandma of their respective families. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Fay's funeral, to be held in Toowoomba on Thursday, 29th October 2020, commencing at 2:30pm.
