Dearly beloved Husband of Mary. Dearly loved Father and Father-in-law of Rosemary & George, Patricia, and Leann & David, and adored Nuno of Leon, Renee, Jessica, and Cameron, and Great Nuno of Lacey, and Ruby.

Relatives and Friends are respectfully advised that Sam’s Requiem Mass will be held at 10:30am Monday 6th January 2020, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Bridge Road, West Mackay.

A Private Cremation will be held following the Service.

No Flowers by family request. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made online to Alzheimer’s Australia Dementia Research Foundation. Envelopes also available at the Church.
