Dearly Loved Wife of Robert Ross Finlay (dec'd). Much loved Mother and Mother In Law of Mark & Belinda, Allison & Craig. Loving Nana to seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend a funeral service for Eileen to be held in the chapel of Heritage Funerals, 314 James Street Toowoomba, on Monday 11 December 2023 commencing at 2pm. TO be followed by burial at Drayton & Toowoomba cemetery.
