FITZGERALD, Barbara Grace (nee Maddalena)

previously of Cazna Gardens Residential Aged Care in Sunnybank Hills and formerly of Moree NSW. She passed away peacefully on Sunday 14 November 2021 aged 90 years. Dearly loved wife of G John Fitzgerald (dec’d). Mother and Mother-in-law of Carol and Les Micale; Michael and Robyn Fitzgerald; and Lea and John Ladd. Barbara was a much loved grandmother to Steven and David Micale; Rachael Moore, Kerri O’Brien, Peter, and Lisa Fitzgerald; and Karlie Luscombe and Amy Henry and a great-grandmother to 19 and great-great grandmother of 2. Our heartfelt thanks for the care and compassion of the staff of Cazna Gardens RSL Care, Sunnybank Hills over the past two years. Barbara requested a private family funeral to celebrate her life. A good woman, so loved and missed.
