Thomas Hunting "Tom" FITZGERALD

Aged 80 Years

It is with great sorrow we announce that Tom passed away peacefully after fighting cancer over the past few years. Beloved Husband of Jenny. Loving Father and Father-in-Law of Daniel, Gerard and Audrey, Tara and Matt, Tom and Tess. Loving Grandfather of Liam, Ella, and Sophia. Loved and respected Brother to Pat (deceased) and adored Uncle to Ryan and Angie, Paul and Naomi and Families. Tom was a member of Townsville Brothers Rugby Union, Knights of the Southern Cross, St Joseph’s the Strand Parish and retired member of the QHA and Rotary Club of Townsville. Tom was a former Publican and great Friend to many.

All Family, Friends and former Staff of Tom are invited to attend his SERVICE which will commence with the CELEBRATION of REQUIEM MASS at 1.00 p.m. THURSDAY AFTERNOON 10th OCTOBER, 2024 at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, 8 Fryer Street, North Ward.
