FLEMING, Hannah Louise

Passed away suddenly and way too soon on the 14th November 2019. Her love, hugs and smile will be sadly missed by her parents, David & Elaine Stanmore, brother Daniel and sisters Juanita, Bronte, Madison and Rosie.

Aged 30 Years

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Farewell & Reflection Service to be held in Harbour Church, 65A Stadium Drive, Coffs Harbour on Friday 22nd November 2019, commencing at 10.00 am.

In lieu of flowers there will be a donation box at the Church to help cover costs and to donate to Hannah’s favourite charity, Riding For The Disabled.
