Loved and loving Grandmother of Cody, Zac & Kaden. Sister to Jim, Dawn, Harry and John (all deceased). She will be forever in our hearts Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Gwen s funeral to be held in the Hillside Chapel, Palmdale Memorial Park on Monday 20th May at 12:30pm.
