The Celebration of Life for Kerri Elizabeth Scott Flockart will be held at Tobin Brothers Mount Martha Chapel on Wednesday April 16 at 1.00 pm.
Following the service a private cremation will take place.
The service will be livestreamed via the Tobin Brothers website.
