FOWLER, Ivan Norman. Aged 66 Years. Late of Coalstoun Lakes. Passed away peacefully at Biggenden Hospital on July 17, 2019. Much loved husband of Linda. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Graham and Jackie, Jeffrey and Vicki, Phillip. Loving grandfather of Taylah and Harper. Dearly loved son of Norman (deceased) and Joyce and son-in-law of Irvine and Pam (both deceased).
