Late of Toowoomba and formerly of Brisbane, passed away peacefully on 4th October 2020, aged 88 years. 

Beloved Wife of George (dec'd). Loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Lawrence and Barbara (dec'd), Stephen and Michelle (dec'd), Linda and Graeme. Dearly loved Grandma of Catherine, Mitchell, Sam, Jodie and Stephen (dec'd). Great Grandma of 4. 

A funeral service for Frances will be held at Toowoomba on Thursday, 15th October 2020, commencing at 2.30pm.
