Treasured grandson of Gail & Stephen and Carlos & Damaris.

Forever loved and missed by all his family and friends.

Family and friends of Jacob are respectfully invited to attend his funeral service which is to be held at the Mountain View Chapel, Guilfoyle’s Tablelands Crematorium, 3 Nasser Rd Atherton on Wednesday, 28th August 2024, commencing at 2pm.

Please feel free to wear Jacob’s favourite colour blue or Cowboy's, Collingwood or Maroon colours.
