Late of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on 7th December 2020, aged 88 years.

 Beloved Husband of Sybil. Dearly loved Father and Father-in-law of Ann; John (dec'd) and Liezl; Peter and Lisa; Janet and Dan. Adored D-Dad to Travis, Hayley, Lauren, Rhiannon, Jolyon, Annabelle, Danica, Sean, Nichhia, Kahlei, Josie, Elise, and Sam and Great Grandfather to Finn, Alby, and Payton. 

A service for Frank will be held in Toowoomba, Wednesday, 16th December 2020 at 11.00am. Due to COVID-19 restrictions attendance at the service will be by personal invitation only. Frank's family invite you to share in the service via webstream, please go to www.burstows.com.au/tribute-centre
