Passed away peacefully in Maryborough Palliative Care after a 36 month battle with cardiac failure in the presence of his partner and family on February 5, 2019, aged 45 years. Dearly loved partner of Betty. Loved father of Madison, Ethan and Alesyia. Loved by his blended family by union Ashleigh, Jordan, Haylee, K-niesha-Jayde and his grandchildren Ariah and Alistair.
