Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Pat's life to be held in the Ann Wilson Chapel, cnr Barrenjoey Rd and Darley St Mona Vale on Wednesday, 10th July 2019 at 2pm. Pat's family would like to thank the staff at Opal Seaside Aged Care for all their loving care.
