A Surf Boat row-out at the Torquay Surf Life Saving Club to scatter the ashes of Geoffrey “Frenchy” French will be held on Friday September 9 at 2:00pm; a Wake to follow at Torquay Football Club’s Spring Creek Pavilion from 3:00pm. All welcome.
