The FAMILY and FRIENDS of the late Mrs DOT FRITH are respectfully advised that her Funeral Service will be conducted ENTIRELY in the Smithfield & Elizabeth Funeral Chapel, cnr Main North & Womma Rds, Elizabeth North on MONDAY 29th April 2019 at 12:30pm. In lieu of floral tributes, a donation in memory of Dot may be made to Parkinsons S.A. Envelopes will be at the chapel.
