Of Point Vernon. Passed away peacefully at Hervey Bay Hospital on 5th April 2019, aged 80 years. Dearly loved husband of Lesley; loved and missed by his family and friends. The song is ended but the melody lingers on. A Memorial Service to Celebrate Jack's Life will be held at Gataker's Bay, tomorrow (Wednesday), 10th April, at 3pm.
