Youngest son of Nita (dec) and Dom (dec).Treasured brother and brother-in-law of Corrie, Yvonne (dec) Lenny (dec), Tony (dec), Kay, dominic, Joan, Anne and John.

Relatives and friends of Sam are warmly invited to attend his funeral service to be held in the All Souls Chapel, Hawthorne Avenue Rookwood Cemetery on Thursday 3rd February commencing at 10.15am
