A Prayers service to celebrate the life of Heather will be offered at St Patrick's Catholic Church, 38 Chapel Street Kogarah on Monday (December 20, 2021) commencing at 10.30am. Following Prayers,

the cortege will proceed to the South Chapel of Woronora Memorial Park, Linden Street, Sutherland for committal.

Please bring proof of full vaccination status to attend.
