Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Thanksgiving Mass to Celebrate Matt’s life, to be held at St Anthony’s Catholic Church, 3 Memory Street Toowoomba, commencing at 9.30am Friday 28 December 2018, followed by his Burial Service at the Garden of Remembrance Cemetery, 1001 Ruthven St, South, Toowoomba.
In Matt’s memory, donations to the Heart Foundation or St Vincent de Paul Society would be appreciated, envelopes available at the church.
