Family and Friends are invited to attend a Service to Remember the Life of Peter "Tom" in the Lakeview Chapel, Albany Creek Memorial Park, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs, on Thursday 17th October 2024, commencing at 12.30pm.

Following the Service, a Burial will take place within the Cemetery Grounds.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Dementia Australia research would be appreciated.
