Late of Highfields, passed away unexpectedly on 29th September 2018, aged 29 years.

Dearly loved Son of Neil and Kim. Loved Brother of Clare.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a celebration of Simon’s life, to be held at T.S. Burstow Chapel, 1020 Ruthven Street (south), Toowoomba, service commencing 9.30am, Wednesday, 17th October 2018, followed by interment at the Cabarlah Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sunrise Way, gift envelopes available at the chapel.
