Late of St Vincent's Care, Douglas. Vic passed away peacefully on Monday 26th February, 2024. Beloved Husband of Fay (deceased). Father of Fulvia, Ceri and Sonia. Stepfather of Mervyn (deceased) and Rhonda, Jeffrey and Shelley, Kaylene, Ray and their extended Families.
