Passed away peacefully on Saturday, 25th December 2021.

Aged 82 years

Beloved husband of Dawn (deceased).

Treasured Father and Father-in-law of Jennifer, Jacqueline and David, Terry and Vanessa, Susan and Min, Joe and Kirsty and Ben.

Cherished grandfather of Georgia, Carter, Thomas, Ava, Regina, Samuel, Alex, Grace, Max, Skye and Sophia.

The family and friends of Jack are respectfully invited to attend

a celebration of his life, to be held at 10:00am, Friday 7th January 2022,

at Our Lady Help of Christians’ Catholic Church,

corner of Middle and Colamba Streets, Chinchilla.

The Service will be followed by Interment at Tanderra Lawn Cemetery, Chinchilla.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made to

Men of League Foundation Wellbeing Program.
