Aged 89 years.

Trevor and Sally-Anne Goodwin.

Cherished Uncle and Friend of many.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a service to celebrate the life of Jack to be held in the East Chapel, Rockhampton Crematorium, this Friday 5th February 2021 commencing at 3pm.

Family requested Blue attire in celebration of Jack's Life.
