GRAMENZ, Nathan George Francis Late of Caboolture and formerly of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on 26th December 2018, aged 33 years. Loved Partner of Amber. Adoring Father of Hannah Leigh. Dearly loved Son of Leo, Cheryl and Jeff. Much loved Brother and Brother in Law of Damien; Micarla and Trent. Uncle and Best Mate of Kodie.
