GRAMMER Jan (nee Hamilton)

Passed away peacefully at her home in the early morning hours of Sunday 6th February 2022.

Jan is the much treasured Wife of Spencer. Beloved Mother to Scott and Lisa. Mother-in-Law to Glenn.

Very proud and loving Nanny to Sam, Sibella, Elina and Siena. Beloved Daughter to Alice and Harold Hamilton (both dec’d). Beloved Daughter-in-Law to Annie and Herbert Grammer (both dec’d). Loved Sister to Peg and Max (both dec’d).

Loved Sister-in-Law to Pauline & Keith, Carol & Geoff (both dec’d).

Loving Aunty to Catherine, Elizabeth, Michael, Susan and Stephen (dec’d), Bradley, Tammy, Todd and Angela.

Jan was a true friend to many and loved by all. Jan will be sadly missed and forever in our hearts.

We wish to thank Teresa for her loving care of Jan. We would also like to thank Muna, Maryan, Paola, Thao, Maki-san, Jin and Tomoko-san who loved Jan and helped immensely with her care.

A Funeral Service for Jan will be held at Albany Creek Memorial Park, Garden Chapel, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs at 9am, 11th February 2022.
