Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Toby's funeral service to be held at Christ Church Anglican Cathedral, Duke Street, Grafton, on FRIDAY (27th September, 2019), commencing at 10.00 am.
A private cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart Foundation would be appreciated by the family and may be left at the service.
