Proud Grandfather (Jack), Great grandfather and Great, great Grandfather. Friend to all who knew him. Forever in our Hearts Aged 98 years Jack s family and friends are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of his Life, to be held in the Guardian Funerals Chapel of Pinegrove Memorial Park, Minchinbury on Friday 5th of July, 2019, commencing at 3.30pm.
