Dearly loved Mother of Mark, Gavin and Andrew. Mother-In-Law to Mellisa and Tracey (dec'd). Adored Grandma of Johanna, Rachael, Corey, Olivia, Andrew, Ella, Jackson and Harrison. Great Grandmother of Clover and Amayarose. Sister of Adeline (dec'd), Rafx (dec'd), Cedrick (dec'd), Irene, Marie and Sarah (dec'd).

Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend Pat's Funerals Service at Boyne Tannum Memorial Parklands Crematorium Chapel, Pioneer Drive Boyne Island, on Thursday 2nd September 2021, commencing 2.00 pm.
