Adored Nan to Chloe, Jesse, Lucy, Luke, Sloane & Bodhi.
Dearly loved and deeply missed. Your beautiful spirit and loving smile will be in our hearts, minds & memories forever.
Funeral service will be held at Renowden Chapel, Springvale Cemetery/Crematorium, 600 Princes Hwy, Springvale at 10.30am on Monday 12 August 2024.
Refreshments will be served after the service.
