Dearly loved son of Rae & John. Will be missed by many.

Family & friends of Patrick are invited to attend a celebration of his life to be held at Fraser Coast Crematorium and Bayside Memorial Gardens, Hervey Bay on Thursday, 22nd November, 2018 commencing at 1:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers donations to Epilepsy Foundation Australia or Autism Awareness Australia would be appreciated, envelopes at service. Special thanks to everyone who was involved in Patrick's life.
