HAWKESWOOD, Hazel Fay

Hazel Fay born Smith on 12 April 1935, passed away peacefully on 13 November 2021 at Northern Beaches Hospital.

Loving wife of the late Richard Vernon Hawkeswood,

mother to Susan, Michael, Gregory (dec.) and Wendy (dec.)

and grandmother to Ruby (dec.) and Jesse.

Hazel was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

"Her absence is like the sky, spread over everything."

A funeral service for Hazel will be held at the Ann Wilson Chapel, Mona Vale, at 10 am, Tuesday 23 November 2021.
