Passed away peacefully in the loving care of St Michaels Apartments on Sunday April 7, 2019 at the age of 74.

Dearly loved husband of Patricia (dec). Treasured father of Bevan; Marcia and Shawn. Doting grandfather and great grandfather. Beloved brother. Warren will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Warren’s life to be held in the chapel of Lismore Memorial Gardens Crematorium, Skyline Road Goonellabah on MONDAY (April 15, 2019) commencing at 9.30 am.
