Born Montville 31st January 1925 Died Nambour 27th December 2020 Aged 95 Years Beloved Wife of Rodney (dec'd) Loved & Loving Mother, Nana & Great Grandmother to David, partner Sandra and Family, Peter, Joanne and Family. Lovingly remembered by all who knew her. Family and Friends are invited to attend a celebration of Hazel's life to be held at the Gregson and Weight Chapel, 34 National Park Road, Nambour Wednesday 6th January 2021 at 11am A Private Burial will follow.
