Late of Casa D'amore and formerly of Talbot Street, Coorparoo. Hazel passed away peacefully after a short illness.

A much loved Aunt, great Aunt, great-great and great-great-great Aunt to many but especially to her niece Audrey Carkeet.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Hazel's Celebration of Life at Mt Thompson Memorial Gardens West Chapel, 329 Nursery Rd, Holland Park on Tuesday, 31st January 2023 at 10.30am.

We are extremely grateful for the loving care, compassion and kindness provided to Hazel for the past 7 years by the staff at Casa D'amore, Coorparoo.
