Late of Brisbane and formerly of Toowoomba, passed away at Victoria Point, Brisbane on 19th October 2018, aged 28 years. Dearly loved Son of Michael Higgins and Teresa Storey-Higgins, Helen Higgins and Bill. Loved Brother and Brother-in-law of Andrew and Kym, Ashlea, Matthew and Hannah, Xavier and Bella, Amie, Ben, Nicholas (dec’d). Much loved Grandson of Monica, Robert, Bev (dec’d) and Judith; Peter and Rena (dec’d) Rundmann. Adored Nephew of Sue Higgins, Elizabeth and Andrew Hewitt, Stuart Rundmann, and loved Uncle to Cristian, Levi, Charley. Special friend of Phillip Harper and a good friend to many. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Jarad’s funeral, to be held at HumeRidge Church of Christ, 469 Hume Street, Toowoomba.
