Grandmother of James, Evelyn, Matthew, Michael, Adam, Samuel and Hannah.
Friends & relatives of the Hoare, Schreiber and Brown families are respectfully invited to attend
the funeral service for Connie to be held at
St Michael's Catholic Church
64 Mill Street, Gordonvale
Monday 4th March 2019, at 10:00am
After the service the cortege will proceed to
Gordonvale Cemetery.
