Passed away peacefully into God's tender care, on 23rd April, 2014.Loving husband of Jill (dec'd). Much loved father and father-in-law of Richard and Yolande, Michael and Charlie, Peter and Jo. Loved Grandpa of Ben, Dan, Ryan, Scott, Jess and Karli.Relatives and friends of Jack, are invited to attend Prayers of Christian farewell, to be held at St Peter's and Paul's Catholic Church corner Main Avenue and Riding Road, Bulimba, on Friday, 2nd May, 2014, commencing at 10.00 a.m.At the conclusion of the above service, the cortege will leave for the Hemmant Cemetery
