Beloved husband of Jan for 63 years. Loving father of Anne, Lynne, Helen, David and Peter. A loved father-in-law. Cherished grandfather of 14 and proud great-grandfather of 3. Past President of the Westpac Retired Officers Association Queensland Division. Member of the National Serviceman's Organisation Beaudesert Branch.

Relatives and friends of John, are invited to attend Funeral Mass and celebration of his life, to be held in St Bernard's Catholic Church, 4 Klumpp Road Upper Mt Gravatt, 11 am Thursday, 27th April, followed by a 3:30 p.m. burial at Woodhill Cemetery, Hiscock Road Woodhill.
