Passed over peacefully on the 21st of May 2023.


Much loved husband of Denise, adored by his sons and daughters, David, Linda, Andrew, Karen, Ron, Debbie, Carolyn (dec'd), Andrew and their families.


Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Henk's celebration of life to be held at the Chermside Kedron Community Church. Service commencing at 1pm on Friday the 26th of May 2023.


Our heartfelt thanks to the staff and carers of Season's Living Aged Care at Mango Hill.
