Loving brother and brother-in-law of Margaret (dec), Judith & Jim, Jane, Simon & Gill, Sarah (dec), Lou, Nick & Martha, Andrew & Alison, Jenny & Lifa, and all their families. Will be greatly missed by all who knew him

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a Memorial Service to celebrate David's life to be held at the Long Reef Golf Club, Anzac Avenue, Collaroy, on Tuesday, 4th June 2019 at 12.30pm.
